David Tweedie - Guitar/Bass/Music Lesson Coordinator 

David Tweedie is a guitarist from Melbourne, and for the last 12 years has been working as a highly sought after musician with many different bands and artists around Australia and other parts of the world. Currently, David is guitarist and backing vocalist with leading Australian pop star Guy Sebastian and in the past he has worked with many others, including Delta Goodrem, Aloe Blacc, Anthony Callea, Lupe Fiasco, Samantha Jade and Shannon Noll. David has also been a music teacher for nearly 15 years, privately and at various schools around Melbourne. 

Tahlia Hunter - Piano

As well as being a third year Bachelor of Biomedicine student, Tahlia is a multi-instrumentalist graduate of the Victorian College of the arts. Her  study saw her receive an A.Dip.A in piano by the age of 16! She also received a high distinction for grade 6 music theory, which she has tutored at VCE level. Tahlia has performed in many concerts over the years particularly as a part of the Melbourne University Biomedical Orchestra and has loads of experience accompanying over 50 students in both public and private schools for exams, concerts and auditions. Her life’s passion is music and she loves working with children. She is always keen to make piano lessons fun and engaging for her  students.  

Rahel Philipose - Singing/Piano

Having developed an interest in music from a young age, Rahel carries with her a broad range of musical study, such as contemporary piano, jazz vocals, musical theory and music-technology production. Harnessing a blend of all her studies and passions, she has become professionally recognised in the industry as a performer and songwriter for international stars & major-label recording artists, most notably as the lead singer for Melbourne R'n'B band Billy Davis.  Rahel's passion for performance is only equaled by her passion for teaching and assisting her students as they begin their own musical journey. 

Maddison Carter - Drums 

Maddison has performed nationally and internationally in a groups ranging from rock, jazz, afrobeat, folk, and the Shakespeare Pop-Up Globe Theatre Company. Maddison leads his own quintet with prominent Australian jazz musicians. In 2016 he was commissioned by the Victorian Youth Symphony Orchestra to write a piece for orchestra with improvising musicians, and has also composed for string quartet, small jazz groups, and pop bands. Maddison has considerable teaching 

experience in various schools around Melbourne, and also leads various school bands. He also likes rock climbing, coffee, and sour kraut.
